Celebrate Sugar Beet Days in beautiful downtown Sterling on September 16 and 17. This event is held annually on the 3rd weekend of September and is the premier festival in northeast Colorado with 200+ food and craft vendors and two full days of entertainment.

Art and Culture in Logan County

Day 1 – Explore some of the historical sites in downtown and residential Sterling, then stop for lunch in the restored Simkins Parlour. Spend the afternoon on a self-guided tour of the Bradford Rhea Tree Sculptures around town. Feast at the Hot Spot Smokehouse and then stop next door at the Parts and Labor Brewing Company for a craft beer made with locally grown wheat. It’ll be lights out at the personable and cozy Crest Motel.
