Christmas on the Prairie

Step back in time and experience the magic of an old-fashioned Christmas at the Overland Trail Museum this December! Held Monday evenings leading up to Christmas, from 5–7 p.m., this beloved holiday tradition brings the spirit of Christmas to life with twinkling lights, beautifully decorated historic buildings, Christmas trees, and nativity scenes.

Stroll through the festive museum grounds, enjoy live music and caroling, and warm up with hot apple cider, cookies, and roasted chestnuts. Special holiday entertainment adds to the charm of this nostalgic celebration.

Admission is FREE! Bring the whole family and enjoy a little old-fashioned holiday magic on Colorado’s Eastern Plains.
