Family Fun Saturday "Celebrate Colorado" In commemoration of Colorado Day, all things Colorado will be the focus of the Overland Trail Museum's August 4th Family Fun Saturday "Celebrate Colorado" event. Participants will create Colorado craft stick skiers, snowboarders and Big Horn Sheep finger puppets, color and take home Colorado fun fact activity sheets and coloring pages, pan for Colorado "gold," enjoy a refreshing beverage and MUCH MORE! Family Fun Saturdays occur on the first Saturday of each month and children ages 12-and-under are admitted free-of-charge when accompanied by a paying adult with an adult admission being a very reasonable $3.00. Family Fun Saturdays are all-day, ongoing events, so simply stop by the museum anytime between 9-5 on Saturday, August 4, in order to participate in "Celebrate Colorado."
